Nurturing Nectar (“Nurturing Nectar”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is a South African business offering women’s wellness, intimate care and related products.
By accessing the Website, creating an account, submitting an enquiry, placing an order or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website or place an order through it.
These Terms should be read together with any additional terms, policies or notices that apply to specific products, promotions or services offered through the Website.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Website after updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
1. OUR SERVICES
Nurturing Nectar operates an online retail website through which customers may browse, purchase and learn about our products.
Our Website may also provide information about women’s wellness, intimate care, personal care and related topics.
We aim to keep the information on the Website accurate and up to date. However, information may occasionally contain typographical errors, omissions or information that has not yet been updated.
We reserve the right to update, change or discontinue any part of the Website, products or Services at any time, subject to applicable law.
The Website is primarily intended for customers in South Africa. If you access the Website from outside South Africa, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Website and purchase of products complies with the laws applicable to you.
2. PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, ingredients, features and other information displayed on the Website are accurate and useful.
However, colours and product appearance may vary depending on your device, screen settings, lighting and other factors.

All products are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to discontinue, replace or modify products, packaging or product information where appropriate, subject to applicable law.
Product Use
Customers are responsible for reading product labels, directions and warnings before using any product.
Products should only be used for their intended purpose and in accordance with the instructions provided.
Where a product is a dietary supplement, wellness product or intimate-care product, information provided on the Website is for general informational purposes and is not intended to replace individual medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, have an existing medical condition, or are unsure whether a product is appropriate for you, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.
3. ORDERS AND AVAILABILITY
When you place an order through the Website, you are making a request to purchase the selected products at the prices displayed at the time of purchase.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices displayed on the Website are stated in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise indicated.
